30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to request a return
Contact [email protected] with your order number and reason for returning. Please obtain authorization and the return instructions before sending your item. The return address is veylstudio, 7 Impasse du Fayel, Le Fayel, 27320 Marcilly-la-Campagne, France. Returns are sent to France, including returns from U.S. customers.
Return shipping costs
We cover return shipping for our errors, damaged items, defects, or incorrect items. Customers cover return shipping when they change their mind. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can assist with the return and refund. The unused and original-condition requirements for ordinary returns do not prevent reporting a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, the funds will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 days. Contact us if you need help with an approved refund.
